This Privacy Policy explains how AdGala (hereinafter — "we", "the Company") collects and processes personal data through the adgala.az website. By using the site you agree to the terms set out here.

The Company operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data.

• Company name and position (in the brief form)
• Project details, budget range, timeline expectations
• For talent pool applications: date of birth, city, work experience, education, skills, salary expectations, portfolio links and uploaded files

Collected automatically:

• IP address, browser and device information
• Pages viewed and time spent on them
• The source that brought you to the site

3. Why we process data

• To review your enquiry and get in touch with you
• To prepare a service proposal and enter into a contract
• To run the recruitment process
• To improve the website and compile statistics
• To meet obligations required by law
